Clean Water International has created the following collaborative program for organizations that care.

The Program:  A Safe Water Development and Implementation Program  (SIP)

Mission:  The mission of Clean Water International (CWI) is to assist service organizations and world partners with the required essentials required to complete and sustain safe water projects throughout the world. 

CWI  jointly creates, develops, and implements projects.  We provide the Tools for our partners to use.

Our Guide to Saving Lives is a road map for all that want to make a difference.

Program Funding:  Our programs are self funding. Our Project Support Center will work with your organization to impact program funding.

Purpose:  The purpose of the program is to provide an open source collaborative model for organizations, their members, and individuals that would like to provide safe water solutions to the villages of the world.

Experience Transfer:  The program’s "how to" represents the collective wisdom of many years of domestic and international humanitarian and safe water supply development projects directed by The Gulley Foundation and its many international humanitarian partners.
