The CWI 10,000 Clean Water System is designed to make water safe worldwide.   This System comes housed in an easy to carry, rugged and mounted Polyethylene platform.

This state of the art system can act as a standalone if there is a source of water pressure.  If no source of water pressure, this system can be purchased with either a gasoline powered pump or a solar powered pump. 

The gasoline powered pump is a 17 GPM gas pump and includes a 6 foot suction hose with fittings.  This gas pump is rated (pumping 10 to 12 hours a day) to pump 9,000 gallons of pure, clean water a day, enough water for over 10,000 thirsty people.  Varying conditions may either increase or decrease production.

The solar powered pump is complete with a controller and twin pole mounted panel solar array.  This solar pump is rated (pumping 10 to 12 hours a day) to pump 3,000 gallons of pure, clean water a day, enough water for over 6,000  thirsty people.  Varying conditions may either increase or decrease production.

This Clean Water System is designed to filter some of the nastiest waters pulled from lakes, ponds, rivers, creeks, well water, stored water or standing ground flood water. 

The filtering process begins with getting the large particles of sediment out of the water before the introduction of chlorine.   The pleated sediment filter is reusable after being thoroughly washed.  The next stage is the introduction of chlorine which kills the harmful bacteria and unwanted micro organisms too long to list .   While chlorinating, metals such as lead, iron, manganese, etc. are removed from the water.  To remove the chlorine, dual carbon filters polish the water so that there are no foul tastes or odors to the water.

Now we have the peace of mind that all the bugs are gone, there still might be some organic tannins remaining.  These tannins are then passed through the tannin removal stage.

Everyday  arsenic  is found in water samples.  Nitrates and other pesticides are being found in an alarming rate.  To filter these life threatening substances, we have included special filter cartridges to remove arsenic and nitrates from  the  water.

Now that the bugs have been killed, we must remove them from the water.  To do this, we have installed a 1 micron absolute filter cartridge designed to remove E. Coli, Coliform, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium Cysts to name a few.

Who knew there were things like Schistosomiasi, the second most devastating parasitic disease after malaria.  Not only is it a threat but the eggs it lays are just as dangerous. The final filtration stage is a 0.2 micron filter cartridge which filters the Schistosomiasi and its eggs ensuring the purity of what is now clean, pure, great tasting water ready for drinking for many, many thirsty people who might otherwise die. 

Remember that a child dies every 8 seconds from the lack of clean, pure drinking water.
